conns customer service is Horrific if one payment is missed!!!!


I have a sectional sofa and table from conns never missed a payment since March 2016. I was even offered a $2,700 credit increase because I was far ahead on my payments. So very glad I did not take it because I am now 8 days late and I have a receive 12 calls a day harassment!! But I knew two days ahead I would be late and I called the girl and she would not even set up a payment they will be paid within 30 days on the 18th but the fact is if you can do business anywhere do not do business with Conns, if you have any type of credit at all because if you are one day late the harrassment calls will begin.
